Rachel Livingston, MA, LMFTRachel Livingston received her Master’s degree in Counseling and Psychotherapy from the Adler Graduate School and her Bachelor’s degree from Drake University. Ms. Livingston has worked for many years in private practice and has a sincere passion for helping individuals, couples, teens, young adults and families create change in their lives during challenging times. She also has extensive experience as a mediator and court-appointed parenting consultant.
Ms. Livingston offers an authentic, encouraging and safe environment for her clients to focus on their goals. She has particular expertise in assisting others as they navigate the transitions and struggles that often accompany marital strife or issues related to divorce, such as infidelity, co-parenting, or blending families. She also enjoys working with teens and young adults who have ADD/ADHD, anxiety, or may be challenged with peer or family issues. Ms. Livingston has a special interest in helping clients through grief and loss. Ms. Livingston lives in Excelsior and has four young adult children, two daughters and twin boys. She loves to travel and spend time on, in or near the lake. More than anything else she cherishes time with her children, family and friends. |
