Step 2: Matching Your Child With A TherapistWe understand that one size does not fit all. Using our intricate matching system, we consider factors such as age, areas of concern, personality preferences, and more to ensure a best-fit between client and therapist.

Step 3: Scheduling An AppointmentWorking with one of our Intake Coordinators, we'll find a convenient time for the initial session. You will then receive an email that invites you to create an account on our online client portal and fill out the necessary intake paperwork.

Step 4: The Initial SessionFor the initial session, you and your child will meet with your therapist to gather more information and discuss a treatment plan. Together, you will likely book out more follow-up therapy sessions, so please have your calendars with you. Clients typically begin with weekly therapy sessions.

Ongoing TherapyFor some clients, therapy can be a short-term process targeting a specific concern. For others, it can be a longer-term process where clients gain insights and ongoing support to continue making forward progress. For younger children, we often incorporate parents into the therapy sessions.

Achieving Your GoalsWe want to see all of our clients to achieve their therapy goals. When that happens, some clients choose to pause or discontinue therapy. For those clients who wish to return to therapy or check in about new areas of concern that arise, simply reach back out to your therapist or call our admin team. We are always here for you!
