Kassandra Chronakos, MSW, LGSWKassandra Chronakos received her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology of Law, Criminology and Deviance from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities. She went on to receive her Master’s degree in Social Work from Augsburg University. Ms. Chronakos is a pre-licensed clinician who is currently being supervised.
Ms. Chronakos has experience in working as an Adolescent Counselor and Child Mental Health Case Manager for clients with a variety of mental health concerns, such as anxiety, trauma, mood disorders, behavioral concerns, and ADHD. She also has experience co-facilitating group therapy for youth. Ms. Chronakos enjoys helping clients work through trauma, create boundaries and use assertive communication, and navigate relationships with peers and family. Ms. Chronakos creates a non-judgmental space by collaborating and giving freedom to clients to choose the focus of sessions. She navigates treatment with clients through evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and specific interventions like Art and Play Therapy. In her free time, Ms. Chronakos enjoys spending time with friends and family, trying new outdoor activities, teaching swim lessons, and watching movies. |
