I’m a warm and compassionate individual who strives to build a trusting environment for both clients and families. I have obtained specialized training for the treatment of eating disorders (and disordered eating), anxiety, depression & life transitions. My approach focuses on meeting each client where they are at in their therapeutic journey.
 
Born and raised in the Twin-Cities metropolitan area, I have continued to fall in love with all the area has to offer. In my free time, you’ll find me trying new restaurants and coffee shops, being outside, and spending time with family and friends. Activities that bring me the most joy each day include baking, reading, moving my body, or wandering around a farmer’s market.

• I’m passionate about working with children and adolescents, as these are crucial years for development and identity exploration. 
• Through hard work and seasons of self-discovery, I’ve learned how to continue to grow myself each day and find delight in helping others work towards the same.​
