Ally Wold, MA, LMFT
Ally Wold is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, having received her master’s degree from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota and her undergraduate degree in family studies at St. Olaf College. Ms. Wold entered the professional therapy field working in a day treatment setting with children for several years. She has expertise in assisting clients with a variety of presenting concerns, including anxiety, depression, ASD diagnoses, challenging family dynamics, grief and loss. Ms. Wold also has extensive experience supporting parents in addressing challenging behavioral issues, as well as fostering better communication among family members.
Ms. Wold cares deeply about the people she works with and approaches therapy with an individualized perspective, to address her clients unique needs and concerns. Ms. Wold believes that change is possible, and she strives to find sustainable and realistic strategies that will fit into a client’s lifestyle.
In her free time, Ms. Wold and her husband enjoy getting outdoors with her two children as much as possible. She embraces the cold days by going for walks in the snow or downhill skiing, and during the summer enjoys biking and swimming.
