Yanessa Zelaya, BS

Ms. Yanessa Zelaya received her Bachelor’s of Science degrees in Healthcare Management and Marketing from Saint Catherine University. Prior to working at the Ballard Clinic, she utilized her managerial and marketing skills at a functional medicine clinic in Excelsior. She also has previous experience working at a mental health clinic in Woodbury where she assisted with intakes by pairing new clients with a well-fitting therapist. Ms. Zelaya appreciates and is passionate about a variety of holistic approaches towards healing.
 
As the Clinic Coordinator, Ms. Zelaya supports the Ballard Clinic team with administrative tasks such as intakes and scheduling, and serves as the receptionist at the Edina office.

Ms. Zelaya grew up in North Carolina and enjoys traveling, going to the beach, and walking in nature. She also enjoys creative hobbies such as writing and photography.
