Peter Falcon, MS, LPCC

Peter Falcon graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a B.A. in Psychology and a minor in Education. Afterward, he received his Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Nebraska-Omaha. Mr. Falcon has extensive experience working with individuals coping with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, grief/loss, and OCD.  

Mr. Falcon has a specialty area in working with student athletes, having previously served as a sports mental health therapist at Creighton University.  Mr. Falcon utilizes a multi-disciplinary team approach in counseling athletes by involving coaches, athletic trainers, academic advisors, and other athletic staff whenever feasible. He assists student athletes with “off the field” and “on the field” issues to help maximize their performance as complete individuals using sports counseling techniques.

Mr. Falcon was raised in Omaha, Nebraska and recently moved to the Minneapolis suburbs with his significant other, Jenny. Mr. Falcon has a passion for distance running, and he ran competitively for the University of Nebraska’s cross country and track and field teams. He continues to compete at regional and national races with a USATF elite development club team. In his spare time, he enjoys the outdoors, spending time with family, traveling, and playing with his two cats, Archer and Stella.
