Bridget Mozina, MA, LMFTBridget Mozina received her Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Saint Thomas, and her Bachelor's degree in Child Psychology from the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities. Ms. Mozina has experience supporting children and teens with anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorders, self-esteem issues, difficult peer relationships, and/or family struggles. Ms. Mozina is experienced in providing individual, group, and family therapy, and has a special interest in using therapeutic interventions in fun, creative ways to motivate her clients.
Ms. Mozina's therapeutic style offers a warm, safe environment that allows clients to share their story and reach their goals. She enjoys bringing smiles and laughter into her work to build rapport and connect with clients. She has a passion for assisting children, teens, and families in recognizing their strengths, developing support systems, and bringing about lasting change. Ms. Mozina lives in the southern suburbs of the Twin Cities. She loves staying active through biking, walking, and exploring all the fun activities the Twin Cities has to offer. She also enjoys spending quality time with family, friends, and her tortoiseshell cat Mia. |
