Bridget Mozina, MA, LMFTBridget Mozina received her Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Saint Thomas, and her Bachelor's degree from the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities. She has worked in a variety of therapeutic settings such an in-home, outpatient, day treatment, and school-based programs. Through her years of experience, she has developed a passion for assisting children, teens, and families in recognizing their individual strengths, developing support systems, and bringing about lasting change.
Ms. Mozina offers a warm, authentic, and safe environment that allows clients to express their feelings and needs. She has experience supporting children and teens with ADHD, anxiety, depression, difficult peer relationships, and/or family struggles. Ms. Mozina also has a special interest in helping clients who have experienced trauma through the use of play and narrative approaches. Ms. Mozina lives in the western suburbs of the Twin Cities. She loves staying active through biking, walking, and exploring all the fun activities the Twin Cities has to offer. She also enjoys spending quality time with family, friends, and her tortoiseshell cat Mia. |
